We finally found the perfect Westie-friendly winter favorite cookies! With the appearance and consistency of gingersnap cookies, these classics fill our home with the wonderful warm scent of cinnamon and blackstrap molasses!

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses

  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup warm water

  • Ceylon cinnamon & ground ginger

  • 1 cup of brown rice flour or whole wheat flour
